The limited water level of resivior,is the key parameter to condicate the flood control safety and economical.Making full use of the flood forecast information of the reservoir, under the premise of ensuring the safety of flood control, the dynamic control of the limit water level of the reservoir flood is beneficial to the realization of the resources of the flood and the efficiency of the utilization of water resources. In this paper, taking Baise reservoir as an example, research methods and techniques of dynamic control of reservoir water level. The flood forecast information to establish forecasting flood forecasting scheduling scheme based on the research in ensuring effective utilization of flood resources in the premise of downstream reservoir flood safety, and analyzes the risk of implementation of reservoir may face problems and benefits.First, the feasibility and availability of flood forecast information for reservoir flood control are analyzed based on the allowable error range of standard requirements. At the same time, the error range of the flood forecasting scheme and the actual water flow process is mainly analyzed. The result shows that the accuracy of the selected scheme is high, which is good for the first class plan, and has the advantages of good prediction accuracy and effective foresight On this basis, combined with the reservoir flood control and flood storage capacity, based on the scheme of dynamic fcwl control main flood forecasting and dispatching;finally, the definition of the real-time reservoir operation risk, and by considering the flood forecast error of Baise reservoir flood limit water level dynamic control risk model.Through the quantitative risk analysis and benefit model of dynamic control of limited water level in flood season of the calculation can provide a theoretical basis for decision makers.
