Research On Dynamic Control Of Limited Water Level In Panjiakou Resivior

The limited water level of resivior,is the key parameter to condicate the flood control safety and economical of running.Using the dynamic control level is an effective way to ensure the flood safety,realise the flood water utilization and improve the use rate of water resource by making full use of heavy rain flood forecast information.Based on the analysis on the practicalexperience in the operation,we take Panjiakou Resivor an example to research the dynamic control of limited level in this paper.First of all,analyze the feasibility and necessity of realising dynamic control in the resivior.Sencond,demonstrate whether the storm flood forcecast information is feasibility in the implementation of dynamic control by analysis on the feature of storm flood forecast every year.And then,using the pre discharge capacity method to determine the limited water level dynamic control field,set up a dynamic control risk model by considering flood forecast errors,and establish an operation scheme in dynamic control combined forecast information,whcih use pre dicharge storage method.At last,set up the reservoir dynamic optimization control of risk and benefit evaluation model,and through the typical years data to the research results are verified,Combined the actual requirement of the reservoir scheduling...
