Intermittent energy access in the distribution network has changed the control strategy of the traditional distribution network and put forward higher requirements on the distribution network voltage control.At the same time,the addition of distributed power supply and new power electronic voltage regulation equipment has increased the complexity of distribution network to a certain extent,and also brought the opportunities and challenges to the distribution network.Therefore,the active distribution network the concept of.Distributed power to join the active distribution network to improve the voltage quality of the power system is of great significance.This article mainly studies the content:(1)Aiming at the selection of location and capacity of distributed power supply in distribution network,two comprehensive indexes of active network loss sensitivity and node stability are defined and the scheme of distributed power supply to grid capacity is proposed.According to IEEE33 node standard system,Planning of the above scenario proves that the addition of distributed power to the distribution network has a certain reduction in active power loss and provides the model basis for the following.(2)Four kinds of reactive power compensation are introduced according to the voltage regulating speed,the response speed and the adjusting precision of the voltage regulating equipment,and the equipment is selected and sited at the IEEE 33 node according to the working principle and nature of the reactive power compensation equipment.The main details of the current most advanced reactive power compensation equipment-static synchronous compensator.(3)First,the global reactive power optimization control strategy is proposed to optimize power loss and voltage deviation minimization as the control variables for distributed reactive power,on-load tap-changers and shunt capacitors,the constraints of the current constraints,equipment action Time constraint and so on.Secondly,a regional control strategy of automatic feeder voltage regulation is proposed.The feeder automatic voltage regulator is adjusted by estimating the maximum and minimum voltage values of the feeder line.Finally,a local control strategy of the static synchronous compensator is proposed.By combining the distributed power and the rapid voltage regulation between the two,reactive power compensation is carried out according to the randomness of load and distributed power.The IEEE33 node verifies the correctness and validity of the above three control strategies.
