China is a great energy demand country, and the construction of the power industry has been achieved all over the world. After many years of development,a variety of energy supply modes have been formed, including thermal power generation, hydroelectric power generation, nuclear power generation, and so on.Gas turbine is a complex system with complex structure. One of its core components is the rotor. The working environment of the rotor is abominable, the force is complex and the structure and function are required. The structure of gas turbine is complex, and the combined rotor is the core content of the whole design of gas turbine. The performance of rotor directly affects the performance and life of the whole gas turbine. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of gas turbine rotor system are mainly studied, and the modeling of multi disk rod rotor shafting, the analysis of dynamic characteristics and the simulation research under various fault conditions are carried out.(1)In this paper, the structural characteristics of the heavy gas turbine rotor are analyzed and studied. The rotor dynamic foundation, the modal analysis theory and the finite element calculation method are expounded from the theoretical point of view, the structural characteristics of different types of rotor are compared fully.(2)In this paper, the rotor model of the test bench and the rotor of 9F gas turbine are simplified.Using software ANSYS and rotor dynamic finite element analysis software S AMCEF,the entity modeling and modal analysis of three different rotor shafts were carried out, then the natural frequency and bending mode of rotor are obtained in different situations.(3)In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the rod-fastened rotor under different prestressed stress are analyzed.(4)The new multi-contact rod-fastened rotor model is established by comparing the established in multiple laboratories. The finite element analysis is carried out and compared with the actual operating conditions, the feasibility of the finite element analysis is verified, and the basis for the study of rotor operation and other aspects of the test bed is provided.
