With the continuous development and application of science and technology in the industrial field,the productivity has been greatly improved,as a result,Pneumatic conveying technology has developed rapidly in recent years.It has been one of the most common and ideal ways to transport gas-solid two-phase flow,which has been widely applied in the fields like chemical,smelting,electric power,medicine,etc.It makes online detection of gas-solid two-phase flow parameters particularly significant.Through the accurate real-time online measurement of the key parameters of gas-solid two-phase flow,the optimization of the control process can be realized,the production efficiency can be improved and it is beneficial to respond to the national electricity reform policy at the same time.Regardless of randomness and complexity,lots of experts and scholar both at home or abroad study intensively on gas-solid two-phase flow.So that theoretical basis improves continuously,various measuring methods and devices are emerging in an endless stream.The electrostatic correlation method has a plenty of advantages such as high sensitivity,simple structure,low cost,so it has great prospects for development.According to the characteristics of coal-fired power plant coal measurement,this thesis aims at designing boiler wind powder online detection analyzer based on principle of electrostatic correlation.The main research contents include:1)Based on the actual working condition of pulverized coal transportation in thermal power plant,the circuits of the analyzer are designed to amplified,rectified and filtered the signals.The requirements of the system are analyzed in order to design the algorithms of the cross-correlation speed measurement system.2)Build up the belt static induction test platform,carry out the simulation experiments to find out the problems of the measurement system and improve it.3)Using the historical data of general operation load of power plant to select the sampling frequency,integral time as well as installation location of the analyzer,at last install it on the coal mill pipeline of thermal power plant successfully.The results of the dissertation show that the analyzer has high accuracy,good real-time,stable and efficient working state,and can be extensively applied in coal-fired power plants.
