With the rapid development of renewable energy technologies and the strong support of relevant national policies,the scale of distributed generation(DG)connecting to distribution networks is gradually expanding.However,with a large number of distributed generation joining into grids,the intermittent will bring a variety of negative impact to the grid.Through the adjustment of general demand side resource on the interactive relationship between grid side and demand side,the energy demand of general demand side,such as energy storage and load demand side response,as an important resource in distribution network,can optimize the performance of distribution network,improve the investment efficiency of distribution network planning,and enhance the utilization of existing equipment.Under the environment of structural transformation and industrial upgrading of the grid,this study explores the effect of generalized demand-side resources on improving the investment and operation efficiency of distribution network during the grid planning phase.This study also considers the distribution network energy storage configuration method of generalized demand-side resources.The main research work is as follows:(1)This study researched the results of domestic and foreign scholars on the generalized demand-side operating model.And based on this,the writer do some further research.First,under the normal state of the power grid,considering the dual requirements of user temperature comfort and electricity economy,this study established the rapid response model of price-type air-conditioners and fully tapped the potential of user load response.Second,This study proposed the charging and discharging strategy of energy storage and expanded the storage utilization depth,taking into account the peak-valley characteristics of the stored energy optimization load curve and the profit-taking effect of low storage and high emission.Third,under the condition of grid fault,considering the limitation of the load transfer inthe feeder group to the load of the line under normal conditions,this study established a sharing mechanism of general demand side resources and reduced the redundant configuration of the distribution network.(2)Based on the above operation strategy,this study deeply digged various direct and potential economic benefits brought by the general demand side resource allocation of distribution network,and proposed a comprehensive benefit calculation model of distribution network under sharing mechanism.With the goal of maximizing the overall efficiency of distribution network,this study established a collaborative optimization model of demand-side electricity price,energy storage operation strategy and capacity allocation of distribution network.Furthermore,this study took Taboo into Particle Swarm Optimization,and established the TS-PSO as the Solving Algorithm for the model.(3)This study took the feeder group consisting of the improved IEEE-33 node power distribution system as example,and made the simulation and calculation.The simulation results also verify the effectiveness of the model proposed in this study,and discuss the impact of participation of user load demand side resources on energy storage configuration and contribution of sharing mechanism to improve utilization of distribution lines.As well,the results provided a reference for resource optimization configuration of active distribution network general demand side.
