Wind power is the most widely used and mature new energy in power system.In recent years,the effective utilization of wind resources has changed the world energy pattern.Under the background of the reverse distribution of wind resource and load in our country,the integration of wind farm cluster in power system has triggered a series of problems.The future direction of wind power generation is to control the wind farm cluster like conventional power.This paper is based on the State Grid project "wind power transmission system power fluctuation trajectory prediction and control technology",carrying out some research on the active scheduling control problems of wind power cluster.Our research has some value and theoretical significance.Main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper studies the multi-space-time scheduling strategy of "wind-fire intermodal" delivery system including wind power cluster.We has analyzed the feasibility and necessity of the wind power cluster participating in the system active control are analyzed and proposed to involve wind power clusters into the active control system of power grid as a whole in order to decrease the effect to scheduling control of power system form wind power because of its stochastic and volatility.(2)In order to improve wind farm cluster's ability to track scheduling command,reduce the volatility of wind farm outputs and realize wind power allocation in wind farm cluster,a multi-objective double MPC active control method is proposed based on model predictive control theory.According to the difference of optimization of time and goal,the active control can be divided into group coordination layer and economic optimization distribution layer.This method eventually make the wind power cluster can respond to the scheduling instruction upwards and control the power distribution downwards.(3)An optimal model is established respectively in group coordination layer and economic allocation layer.In group coordination layer,an optimization model is established to track the scheduling instruction and reduce the power fluctuation of wind farm group based on ultra-short term wind power prediction.In economic allocation layer,an optimization model is established to maximum wind power output and minimize the cluster line loss of wind cluster.This method optimize wind farm active output and improve the controllability of wind farm cluster.The feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are proved by the simulation of the example.
