In recent years,the railway industry in China has developed rapidly.As an indispensable part of the railway line,the bridge plays an obvious role in the railway operation,which is the key node to ensure the normal operation of the railway.With the rapid development of China's economy,the construction of high-speed railway has also entered an unprecedented era.The comprehensive promotion of the railway passenger line construction has made substantial progress in the construction of high-speed railway bridges in China.Up to now,the total mileage of high-speed rail operation in China has been ranked the first in the world,and the world wide attention high-speed rail network has been built and operated.In order to ensure the safe,stable and comfortable operation of the high-speed rail,it is necessary to study the management and maintenance technology of the high-speed railway bridge.Based on the in-depth study and comparative analysis of various existing bridge management technologies in China,including urban bridges,highway bridges and railway bridges,the similarities and differences of the bridge and the part of apply to the high-speed railway bridge are put forward.According to the research on the existing bridge management and maintenance technology,and the operation status and requirements of the high-speed rail and high-speed railway bridge in China,a set of management and maintenance technology suitable for the domestic high-speed railway bridge is developed.By combining with actual bridge cases,we can verify its practicability and scientificity.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)In-depth study of the current existing urban,highway and railway bridge maintenance technology and methods,as well as the status of various types of bridge maintenance.Regular,periodic and special inspection modes are used in the inspection of cities,highways and railway bridges.The inspection of railway bridges also includes temporary checks for emergency or sudden serious diseases.(2)Urban and highway bridges are all evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation method considering the weight of all bridge components according to the results of inspection,and the corresponding maintenance measures are taken.The technical state of urban bridge is divided into 5 grades according to the BCI index,and the technical state of the highway bridge is divided into five categories according to the score of grade.The technical state of the railway bridge is divided into three grades according to the deterioration degree of the structure.(3)On the basis of the analysis and comparison of existing urban,highway and railway bridge management and maintenance technology,the research and formulation of technical methods suitable for domestic high-speed railway bridges are made,including document and information management,daily operation management,inspection and inspection,technical status evaluation,maintenance and maintenance,etc.The inspection of the high-speed railway bridge includes Regular,periodic and special inspection,and special inspection for the contents that affect the safety of the vehicle,and have a significant impact on the structure.(4)Based on the established technical methods of high-speed railway bridge management and maintenance,the corresponding inspection and maintenance work of a cable-stayed bridge is carried out,including regular inspection and periodic inspection of bridge deck,subsidiary structure,steel structure,concrete structure and so on.(5)According to the inspection results,put forward corresponding maintenance and repair suggestions.
