At present, the hemiplegic limb dysfunction after stroke, especially the dysfunction of the lower limb, seriously hinders the patient from returning to the family and participating in social activities, which causes serious burden to patients themselves and their families. After long-term exploration and clinical practice, neuroscientists and rehabilitation physicians have found that through scientific rehabilitation training, the speed and degree of recovery of limb function in patients with hemiplegia can be significantly improved.Functional electrical stimulation therapy, which belongs to the category of physiotherapy,is now commonly used in clinical training for Lower limb movement disorders of hemiplegic patients. However,at present, there are a few problems in the related equipmentused used in the domestic top-three rehabilitation hospitals, such as less stimulation channel, relatively simple mode of treatment, fixed output stimulation pulse form, and poor pertinence,so it is difficult to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. To solve the above problems, this paper adopts the design concept of simulating human walking pattern to realize a functional electrical stimulation therapy device, which is more suitable for patients with lower limb paralysis to resume walking function. In order to solve that there are differences between different individuals' gait phases during walking and the gait phase in patients with lower limb paralysis are more different. Before the rehabilitation treatment of the patients, the equipment first collected the surface electromyography signals of the four groups' main muscle involved in the movement of the health limb during walking, and the output of the surface electromyography data was uploaded to the PC.The Matlab platform is used to visualize the output of the surface electromyography.By analyzing the muscle contraction timing of the different stages of the stride movement, the doctor sets the parameters of the frequency, amplitude, pulse width of the four output channels of the equipment, and outputs four non synchronous electrical stimulation pulses to the corresponding muscle of the affected limb,to improve the walking function of the affected limb. The device uses the STM32F417VGT6 based on Arm(?)Cortex(?)-M4 core as the microcontroller, and uses the signal conditioning circuit to process the surface EMG picked up by electrodes. The 12 bit ADC is used for data acquisition.USB interface was used to realize data transmission between PC and the device. The Multichannel electrical stimulation pulse generator circuit can output bipolar pulses. The setting of pulse parameters is in the form of instruction, which increases the control flexibility and can even control the stimulation intensity of a single pulse. After clinical testing, the prototype realized in this paper basically meets the requirements of rehabilitation treatment, not only for the rehabilitation training of hemiplegic patients with lower limb dysfunction, but also for the evaluation of the effect of the patients' rehabilitation treatment, and make timely adjustments to the treatment plan.electrical stimulation therapeutic device designed in this paper has good popularization value.
