| With the development of China railway high speed and heavy load,the wheel rail complex and large force makes the wheel rail wear more and more serious,serious wear of wheel will reduce the locomotive’s stability and security,at the same time the wheels need of lathing maintenance.According to a large amount of measured data,the wear of wheel flange to the limit after turning repair of metal turnings repaired to 32 mm in diameter,making tread serious waste of valuable metals.Therefore the design of new lathe repair surface to reduce tread lathing,reduces the maintenance cost of the wheel,has high practical value and theoretical significance.This paper through the wheel and rail surface measuring instrument,in Shenyang to Dalian line interval of locomotive wheel profile measurement of long-term follow-up,and according to a large of data,analyzes the relationship between the thickness of wheel rim abrasion and running mileage,and defines some typical periods of the wheel in the wear process.Put forward to these typical wear surface as the wheel surface method and the analysis of the different wear stages as lathing type surface of wheel diameter lathing.By combining electric locomotive wheel size limit requirements,and the thickness of wheel rim abrasion and mileage,the wheel tread surface wear,wheel diameter lathe repair capacity,calculate their service life with different wear stages as lathing type surface,finally,choices wear stage Ⅲ type as the locomotive wheel economic lathe repair surface.Through calculation and analysis of wheel rail contact elastoplastic finite element model,the new design lathe repair type face can make wheel rail contact area increases and effectively reduce the wheel rail contact stress.Compared with the JM-3 lathe repair type surface,the new design of lathing type wheel rail matching is better;Then by establishing dynamics model of the locomotive,multiple working conditions and a variety of wheel and rail surface matching under the performance verification and comparison,the new design lathe repair surface meet the locomotive dynamic performance requirements and wheelset derailment coefficient and wheel rail vertical force to the performance is superior to that of JM-3 lathe repair.Based on the design surface as lathing type feasibility is verified through the above research work,not only to meet the locomotive safety and comfort of the requirements and reduce the wheel lathing metal turnings repaired,thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the wheel,reduces the maintenance cost of the locomotive wheel.This scheme for railway related departments to learn and use. |
