| AC traction system is an important goal in the research and development of China’s rail transit.For trunk railway AC-DC-AC traction drive system control circuit research and development.In this paper,a general method of constructing the AC traction test platform is studied;combined multi-units energy feedback AC drive system suitable for different driving modes is proposed.And it studies the train simulation running system in this experiment system(the paternity testing system),which can simulate different power levels of the train operating conditions on different lines,provide a dynamic simulation running environment for the development of electric traction and electric braking system.To achieve the dynamic simulation of train running process,the real-time performance of system should be guaranteed.Thus,the method of real-time control used in the dynamic simulation of train running system is proposed innovatively,which combines train running theory with dynamic simulation of train running system.The speed of motor set is control in real-time by using the results of real-time simulation,and the simulation of running process is comes true by preset railway line and load.Based on it,the hybrid program between Lab VIEW and C programming language is employed with related hardware,and a test platform of AC traction system with single axis and small power.The static and dynamic characteristic tests of AC traction system are completed,and the simulation,changing process of train speed,is completed.The real-time control method which is proposed by this paper is validated in running simulation of train.The testing platform has the function to simulate train running process,and it also can be used to develop and examine the whole or main components of AC traction&electric braking system.The testing platform has a good economic and social effect. |
