The real-time test&control system of missile experimentation is an importantequipment in the hardware-in-loop simulation platform on the control and guidesystem of air-to-air missile. It is used for the development, experimentation,optimization and evaluation of new missile. It can carry out the connection ofequipments, signals acquirement and transfers, experimentation state supervision, fullcourse control, data curve display, and so on.On the base of the development on test&control system in the paper, its majorwork and innovation include:(1)The system is provided with simulation, test and control. The system connectsthe simulation equipments with the test units by the reflective memory network. It canrealize the real-time simulation and real-time test on the the control and guide systemof missile. The simulation models validation and failures recurrence improve thevalidity and the systemic capability of missile experimentation.(2)The compatible project with real-time and non real-time tasks is put forwardbased on RTX real-time subsystem. On the base of Windows and RTX, one maincomputer can achieve not only the real-time tasks such as simulation algorithm, dataacquirement and real time communication, but also the non real-time tasks such asgraphics display, data storage and printing.(3)The software simulation and the numeric testing of missile can beaccomplished in the real time operating system. It can carry out some open loop testing,simulation models validation and failures recurrence, with flexible testing methods.(4)The drive of all instruments modules are re-developped in the RTX with itsopen. It is ease to configure and callback by real-time test program. It can take on thereal-time of RTX and the equipment independentness with application program.The test&control system uses the RTX to overcome the limit of real-time in theWindows, syncretizing real-time with non real-time tasks of test system. It can realizethe real-time simulation and real-time test in the hardware-in-loop simulationexperimentation on air-to-air missile.
