For a long time.the train safety is a major concern,as the plan proposed Thirteen Five of our high-speed railxway construction will usher in new heights,train security issues become more prominent.Axle box bearings are high-speed trains running gear of the core unit,but also to ensure the train traffic safety a top priority.In order to meet the actual demand,we need to design and develop a new bearing testing rig.Consider the cost factor,designed and manufactured by a certain percentage of miniture narrow bearing testing rig to complete the new structure and new method of-testing,and ultimately provide data support for the new bearing test rig,that has significance.For the successful completion of miniture bearing testing rig structural design,the firsl overall research on program,to determine the performance of miniture bearing testing machine bearing structure and installation of the test form,drive and other components.Finished second tc key component of the design of miniture bearing testing rig,and its finite element static analysis results show that the design meet.After completion of structural design were studied,including test simulation test and vibration test.Simulation analysis test is conducted using ANSYS-LS/DYNA software shaft and bearing assembly for display dynamics analysis,frequency analysis in order to determine characteristic values of the respective bearing failure under certain speed.Witlh this project to develop miniture bearing testing rig vibration test,which aims to verify the simulation and test small-scale bearing testing machine is used to meet,the results show that simulation is reasonable experimental design,results are basically consistent with the actual tes results,which may account for the small the actual use of bearing testing machine to meet the design goals of this research method can be used to test new bearing test rig.By studying this subject,we can accelerate the development of new bearing testing rig,the test of experience in the research process,summarize for future new bearing testing rig lay a good foundation.
