Train Process Data Communication Research Based On Real-time Ethernet

Current Ethernet technology mature gradually,and received extensive attention and application,and our country existing high-speed train network technology is relatively backward,and it has been more and more can’t satisfy people’s needs,how to apply Ethernet technology to train,it become the focus of discussion at home and abroad.In order to solve this problem,will train the network technology into a new stage,the international electrotechnical commission will etheric train backbone on the IEC61375 the new standards,to illustrate the application of Ethernet technology got unanimous approval and the New Deal,it also provides the possibility for the application of Ethernet technology in our country.This article uses the VCU—train control unit and the Display—Display as terminal equipment,ETBN(Ethernet backbone nodes)trains as a gateway,ETX as switch to simulate the train unit between TRDP-PD protocol data)-process(train real-time data communication,at the same time to verify the Ethernet the redundancy of the train.Software design of the main work includes:(1)(2)of the overall software module design of software interface design(3)the TRDP-PD(agreement—train real-time data process data)the design of the communication process.Were included in the PULL and PUSH this two modes Source port(Source)and the host port(Sink),the definition of data sending and receiving data port parameter Settings,the definition of protocol stack,as well as the data storage and process configuration and so on.Here in order to make the experiment more persuasive,we take Unicontrol software developed by Unicap as with measurement,and through caught software Wireshark fetching message,verify the TRDP-PD mechanism of communication principle.Through the theoretical research,and combining with the actual programming to further study and validation TRDP-PD data transmission protocol-train real-time data process,has practical significance.We can take it with the TCN network under the stranded wire type train bus WTB and multifunction vehicle bus MVB allows for comparison,it is not difficult to find Ethernet technology in the transmission speed,transmission cycle,integration,debugging equipment,development,resource cost quality has great advantage.To ensure the normal operation of the train,in particular,to be recognized and satisfy the real-time and reliability,can reserve greater bandwidth,is the development trend of future train network technology.
