The time and sweat of Chinese researchers in researching and optimizing the performance of high-speed trains are inseparable from the background.In recent years,China has made progress in the development of high-speed railway.The official rolling off the production line of "fuxing" train and its successful commercial operation indicate that China has the ability to make cars independently,and China’s high-speed railway technology has taken the lead in the world.The development of technology is inseparable from the upgrading of railway equipment and equipment.TCN(Train Communication Network)in the traditional sense can no longer meet the various and complicated needs of Train Network services.Since the international electrotechnical commission(IEC)issued IEC 61375 series of protocols in2012,the TRDP(Train real-time Data Protocol)has attracted close attention from practitioners at home and abroad.With the development of TRDP protocol,the traditional TCN network architecture is redefined,and the train Ethernet backbone ETB and train Ethernet network ECN are introduced as the backbone network and component network of the new generation TCN.Therefore,train communication equipment based on TRDP can be used as the core of a new generation of TCN network,which greatly improves the efficiency of train network communication.On the basis of studying the development of real-time Ethernet and real-time data communication protocol for trains,this paper further analyzes the communication mechanism of real-time data communication protocol TRDP,and focuses on the process data and message data communication model in the communication process.This paper adopts the underlying driver transplantation to realize the required communication function,proposes a design scheme of embedded Ethernet real-time communication module for train based on STM32,and focuses on the development and debugging of CPU core board,so as to form a master-slave board communication architecture with CPU core board as the main board and network card driver board as the auxiliary.Finally,the communication function of the module is verified by the laboratory equipment.In the aspect of hardware,communication module as a whole can be divided into the CPU core board,PC / 104-TRDP network adapter and case of three parts,in STM32F207 ZG chip as the core of the CPU core board,completed the module circuit design and PCB layout,core board with PC / 104-TRDP card via PC104 pin connection,in the case of the optimal structure design,select the appropriate case size and reassembled into stacked nic device;In terms of software,the TRDP initialization program is mainly designed and transplanted,the TRDP driver library file and PC/104 interface configuration modification process are introduced,and the basic operation of driver transplantation is described in detail.Finally,unicap Ethernet simulation software iscombined with the Ethernet real-time communication module studied in this topic,and a test platform is built for testing.The test results show that the TRDP communication of the communication module is normal.
