In this thesis,all electric aircraft as the research background,the actual demand for all electric aircraft is safe and reliable,the fault-tolerant scheme comparison today the main use,select the fault tolerance of the relatively good performance of the five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor as driving motor electric aircraft.Independent H bridge circuit is used as the driving circuit of the control system,the phase space voltage vector independent in the whole system,use the vector into the amplitude of the description,analysis of motor control system and pave the way for the calculation.According to the fault tolerance of direct torque control(Direct Control Torque)algorithm,five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(DTC)control system is selected.Follow the sector division,three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control system running round flux,the total space voltage vector divided into the synthesis of the ten sector,according to the variation of space voltage vector and stator flux amplitude with stator flux angle,the total generation sector of space voltage vector selection table.The flux observer of the direct torque control system of the traditional three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has a pure integrator,which has a DC offset problem,which leads to the inaccurate stator flux linkage.According to the total space voltage vector selection table,complete control of five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque total space vector modulation(Total-Space-Vector Pulse Width Modulation Direct Torque Control,T-SVPWM-DTC)system.According to the five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor T-SVPWM-DTC system in normal and fault states(one phase open circuit or short circuit)simulation case,the system worked well in the normal state,when a fault occurs without the total space voltage vector switching table,can achieve the five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor control system fault tolerant operation,but the phase winding current distortion and torque pulsation.In the current T-SVPWM-DTC system distortion,voltage vector modulation direct torque control based on phase space(Phase-Space-Vector Pulse Width Modulation Direct Torque Control P-SVPWM-DTC)algorithm,the control algorithm by calculating the flux vector and voltage control time to correct the trajectory and flux of stator flux ran round.However,when the P-SVPWM direct torque control(DTC)system is faulty(one phase open circuit or short circuit),the system will be out of balance.In order to keep the balance of the control system,a fault tolerant algorithm is proposed.The five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor P-SVPWM-DTC system normal to a phase winding fault(open circuit or short circuit)simulation,the simulation results show that P-SVPWM-DTC system can eliminate the phase winding current anomalies,and relatively T-SVPWM-DTC system torque ripple reduction.P-SVPWM direct torque control system in a phase fault(open circuit or short circuit),to compensate for the lack of flux through fault tolerant scheme,failure does not affect the operation of the control system,shows the feasibility of five phase permanent magnet synchronous motor P-SVPWM direct torque control system has high.
