Strong tropical storm conditions, the wind turbine may be repeated start and cut out due to the fluctuations wind speed, the safety and reliability of the wind poses a prominent threat.Because of the large change rate of wind speed during high wind speed it is difficult to effectively prevent the fan from starting and stopping again by using the dead zone control method of wind speed dead zone, and put forward the method of cutting and controlling the wind turbine based on wind speed and time combined dead zone.In order to determine the control program parameters to provide a supplementary reference, the number of loss of downtime for the economic indicators.According to the analysis of the average wind speed of 10 min in Hong Kong's Chang Chau weather station, the re-cutin control based on wind speed and time combined dead zone is significantly better than the current wind speed dead band in reducing the number of cut out and loss time.In addition, according to the New Zealand four typical wind farm interval 10min average wind speed data analysis shows that the cut into the dead zone program is flexible and there is a clear regional.Because the wind speed itself is continuous and has the general rule, the wind power generator based on the wind speed forecasting method is put forward.By the gray theory forecasting method, based on the analysis of the data of the Changzhou weather station in Hong Kong, the advantages and disadvantages of the control method.Under the same conditions, the coastal wind farm output may suddenly suddenly close down from full to zero, the power grid will have an adverse impact on the scheduling operation. The difference of the output of long-distance wind farms connected to the regional power grid may alleviate the problem of large fluctuation of wind power output in extreme weather conditions. The wind poweroutput characteristics of strong tropical storms are analyzed using the 10-minute interval wind speed and output simulation data of the eastern United States coastal. The results show that, although the output of a single wind farm may fluctuate violently due to the over-cut wind speed, the wind power output fluctuation is not prominent because the surrounding wind farm is still close to full output.
