With the rapid development of China's economy and the increase of the amount of the motor vehicles in urban area,a series of problems coming from traffic congestion,shortage of energy and environmental pollution are encountered over the past few years.As a composite product among human activities,science,technology,and green transportation in new era,the public bicycle functions as an appropriate approach for the solution of environmental protection,short journey,accessible transportation especially in the surrounding of scenic and campus area.The urban public bicycle includes stationary pile public bicycle and shared bicycle.In modern city,although a number of stationary pile bicycle stations have been set up,due to the belated dispatching,problems arose in borrowing are frequently occurring.Shared bicycles are also developing rapidly,due to the lack of standardized parking regulations,problems arose in parking are serious.In the light of above discussion,this paper focus on studying the problems of dispatching and that of management of public bicycles.In this thesis,some research results are summarized across the world,the composition and the characteristics of the public bicycle facilities and that of the public bikes travel are analyzed.The analysis for the demand of public bicycles based on spatial and temporal aspects are carried out,and the advantages and disadvantages of fixed pile public bicycles and shared bicycles have been further discussed as a comparison study.Based on the analysis for the primary influence factors of the rental demand parameters of the fixed pile public bikes,a new demand model for the prediction of the public bike rental sites was established and successfully applied to predict the specific demand of public bicycles.In the aspect of public bike dispatching,the paper summarized the details,cost,target and influence factors of the dispatching and proposed a calculation method in order to quantify the public bicycle dispatching amount,then an optimized model of the public bicycle dispatching path without the time windows,was established and effectively solved for the dispatching paths at various points of time through ant colony algorithm.Finally,the problem of parking management of urban shared bicycles have been analyzed.The suggestion of setting up the parking area is proposed.and the corresponding explanations in the specific setting requirements,setting forms and parking facilities standards are analyzed.In this thesis,the delivery problems of urban shared bicycles and the competition problems are also studied,and some improvement measures are proposed.Taking the Hetang District of Zhuzhou City as an example,in this thesis,the dispatching quantity of each bike rental stations and the calculation method for the optimal path of the bikes dispatching in the actual work of urban stationary pile public bicycles dispatching have been verified.Taking the Tianxin District of Changsha City as an example,in this thesis,the solution of parking management measure of shared bikes have been explained.
