LED as a new light source,its luminous flux per watt and life than traditional fluorescent tubes and incandescent lamps are high,so the LED light source will replace the traditional light source.LED lighting in addition to LED light source in addition to a very important LED driver components,high-power LED driver in the cost and size of traditional light sources have no advantage,so how to solve the high cost of LED driver and bulky LED driver research is the focus.With the development of technology,LED drive cost,size and efficiency have been greatly improved,but also because of the modern needs of the intelligent life,so the intelligent LED is a major competitive advantage of the market.This design uses Wi-Fi module and MCU control RGBW-LED four-color light source intelligent RGBW-LED system design,through the Android Apps and Wi-Fi module to control the RGBW-LED string overall dimming.In order to meet people's demand for intelligent lighting and intelligent lighting for various occasions,a smart RGBW-LED driver with 150 W output power has been designed and remote dimming function has been designed.In order to improve the power factor and efficiency of the intelligent RGBW-LED driver,a three-stage topology structure of "PFC + HBR + BUCK" is adopted.The two-stage topology of "PFC + HBR" The PFC improves the power factor and provides a stable output voltage to the HBR.The resonant half-bridge(HBR)enables soft-switching and can effectively improve the efficiency of the intelligent RGBW-LED driver.The last stage of the BUCK converter not only provides a constant output current to the LED string,but it can also be combined with a microcontroller to achieve PWM dimming.As the resonant half-bridge can achieve soft-switching,the resonant frequency of the half-bridge can be up to 300 KHz,so that it can reduce the size of the transformer.After the actual test of the prototype,you can draw the following test results: the load at 20%to 100% of the power factor of 0.9 or more;output power of more than 80% of the maximum power,the prototype of the overall efficiency up to 90 % Above;prototype dimming range of 0%to 100%.After the test of laboratory equipment,the parameters of the tested indicators meet the relevant requirements of the design indicators,and the prototype realizes the long-range intelligent control and stable operation of long-term work.
