In recent years,the state attaches great importance to environmental pollution,the emission of diesel engines have been more stringent requirements,the traditional diesel engine has been unable to meet the requirements.High-pressure common rail diesel engine came into being,it can not only meet the emission regulations,but also can improve the overall performance of diesel engine.High-pressure common rail system can control the system's injection pressure and fuel injection quantity under different operating conditions,which greatly improves the overall performance of the diesel engine.The system relies mainly on mechanical and hardware performance as well as control strategy and control algorithm.First of all,this article introduces the composition and principle of high-pressure common rail diesel engine in detail,and describes the construction and working process of injector,common rail and high-pressure oil pump in detail.According to the principle of the system,this paper plans the design idea as a whole.Secondly,the control strategy and algorithm of high-pressure common rail diesel fuel injection system are designed in detail.In this paper,the high-pressure common rail control system is divided into two parts to design,namely fuel injection control part and rail pressure control part.The fuel injection control part belongs to the open loop control.The MAP control algorithm is mainly designed by referring to MAP and is closely related to the MAP graph in the electronic control unit.The design of MAP control algorithm in this paper mainly includes the fuel injection quantity,multiple injection,Injection angle and fuel injection pulse width of four parts.Rail pressure control part of the closed-loop control,according to the different needs of working conditions,adjust the injection pressure,while ensuring its stability.In this paper,fuzzy PID control algorithm is used to realize the design of rail pressure control part,and the two control parts are combined to realize the design of high-pressure common rail diesel fuel injection system.Then,this article designs the hardware part of the high-voltage common rail system,mainly on the design of the electronic control unit and the surrounding circuits.Including the selection of microcontrollers,injector driver module and communication module design.The microcontroller chip of choice for this article isInfineon's TC1728 microcontroller.Finally,the paper builds and simulates the high-pressure common rail diesel engine,including the mathematical model of the main module and the simulation model established by MATLAB simulation software,and analyzes the output of the simulation model.
