The main purpose of intelligent management of highway tunnels is to provide a good driving environment for the tunnels.Through the real-time acquisition of the light environment outside the tunnel,the management software automatically controls the lighting fixtures in the tunnel to achieve stepless dimming.Improve the visual comfort of the driver while saving energy and reducing consumption.Through the study of traditional tunnel management and control technology,combined with the development trend of the internet of things at home and abroad,the technical scheme of this system is put forward.The system is based on the optical fiber ring network in the tunnel.The management host adopts the industrial control computer placed in the tunnel site.The terminal node equipment includes environment acquisition module,visibility detector,lighting dimming module,variable color temperature lamp,network camera,lane indicator and so on.Based on the STM32 core control board,the environmental acquisition module is equipped with sensor devices to collect the brightness,color temperature,temperature and humidity of tunnel environment in real time;the lighting dimming module is mainly composed of an STM32 core control board and a JCP10 dimming chip,current detection module.According to the change of the light environment outside the tunnel hole,it receives the dimming command of the tunnel management host,outputs two 0~10V control dimmable temperature lamps dimming,simultaneously detects the lamp current and reports regularly.Tunnel management host software design is based on the.NET Framework development environment,using C# language.It can manage and control,reading the data transmitted by each device in the tunnel,and present the tunnel environment information to the tunnel administrator in the form of monitoring client.Finally,the system of environment acquisition,lighting dimming,visibility testing,video surveillance and other functions were tested.The system has stable performance and beautiful client interface,meeting the design specifications.
