Research On Finance Support And Policy Incentives Mechanism For The Development Of Renewable Energy Industry In China

After forty years of reform and opening up,China has become the second-largest economy and the largest developing country in the world.The economic growth is still bound to extensive investment and high consumption of energy resources,and is accompanied by serious environmental pollution.Considering the conditions of global climate change and Unsustainable fossil energy,China's economic development is still driven by coal based high carbon energy,while the energy demand continues to increase,the stable coordination sustainable development system of energy-economy-environment in China is still facing many challenges,and makes new demands for the development and utilization of renewable energy.Renewable energy has strong industrial chain,the comprehensive motivation of industry are strong,which plays a significant role in promoting regional economic development.The development of renewable energy industry is also the significance and urgency of energy security and measures to prevent climate change.The renewable energy resources in China are abundant,and the renewable energy industry has made rapid development over the past decade.In some fields,it has been in the leading position in the world.However,the foundation of renewable energy industry in China is still relatively weak,and is still at the initial stage of development.Renewable energy is a capital intensive industry,so its sustainable development cannot be separated from effective financial support,and it also needs corresponding incentive measures and policy guarantee.Renewable energy industry has its own financing characteristics and incentive mechanism,so we cannot simply apply the general industry development mode.This paper first discusses the development of renewable energy industry in China,analyzes the resource conditions of renewable energy,the development of current industrial development,environment and constraints.This paper offers a systematic analysis of the incentive policy system and financial support for the development of renewable energy industry,and analyzed the financing status,capital structure and main financial support tools of renewable energy industry.Based on the analysis of the existing policy incentive mechanism,the main incentive modes are divided.Further,the relationship between financial support and incentive mechanism is studied,and the evaluation and analysis of existing financial support and policy incentive is given,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper offers a systematic analysis of the incentive policy system and financial support,the financial support and policy mechanism have played a significant role in promoting the development of renewable energy industry in China.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are offered,contributing to better decision-making in policywhich providing the reference and advice for promoting the development of renewable energy in China.
