| With the development of automated industrial production and the continuous progress of science and technology,belt conveyor applications more and more widely used more and more complex environment.At the same time,ordinary belt conveyor has been unable to adapt to the special material transport occasions.This paper simulates the development of a snake belt conveyor which can adapt to the complex environment.The conveyor has the advantages of small curvature horizontal turning,multi-point flexible bending and moving walking,which can meet the requirements of special working environment.Continuous shipping problem.Firstly,the bionic background,the movement system of the snake and the typical movement form of the snake conveyor are introduced.The qualitative description and the force analysis of the meandering movement are discussed,and the structure scheme of the meandering conveyor is determined.The maximum steering angle between adjacent racks is about 74.5°,which is based on the geometry of the frame and the limit displacement of the two sides.Based on the tire stiffness and the moment of inertia of the frame,the steering resistance moment of the meandering conveyor is analyzed theoretically,and the relationship between the main parameters of the steering cylinder and the cylinder flow and steering angular velocity is deduced according to the steering resistance.Secondly,the kinematics analysis of the meandering conveyor is carried out by D-H method.Based on the Serpenoid curve,the motion shape of the meandering conveyor is described,and the discretization design and time domain expansion are carried out to find the optimal control parameters of the motion of the meandering conveyor.The simulation results show that the motion control method is effective.The results show that the motion control method can be used to simulate the motion of the adjacent frame.Finally,the dynamic analysis of the conveyor belt and the articulated frame of the meandering conveyor is introduced.The principle and composition of the turn control system are introduced.The hydraulic control system of the meandering conveyor is designed.Under the condition of considering the load of the meandering conveyor AMESim software is used to simulate the steering hydraulic control system;and the main factors influencing the stability of the meandering conveyor steering system are found,and the method of solving the lag problem of the meandering conveyor is proposed. |
