As the scale of wind power integration increases,the wind power integration standards in China stipulate that the wind farm active power must track the grid setting value.However,as wind technology continues to advance,the conditions for development and construction of wind power are becoming more complex and more difficult.Wind farms set higher demands on wind turbines.In order to more effectively increase the generating capacity of wind farms and reduce the wind power cost,wind farms customize wind turbines according to the wind conditions and topography differences of wind turbine installation locations so that the wind turbines' generating performance,mechanical properties,and safety performance are compatible with the wind conditions at the installation location.There are obvious technical differences between the customized wind turbines and there are also significant differences between the active power control strategy and the wind turbine maintenance strategy.If the traditional wind farm active power control method is used in wind turbine customization,the project will have a sharp increase in engineering difficulty.In addition,due to technical privacy protection and other reasons,it is difficult for the wind farm control center to grasp the complete information of each wind turbine.In the custom wind farms,traditional wind farm active power control methods confront the feasibility challenge.In order to solve the above problems,under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(61379063)and the Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Province(2015JJ5027),this paper proposes a method for controlling the active power of customized wind farms based on power generation competition.The main contents are as follows:(1)A customized wind farm active power control mechanism based on power generation competition is proposed.The main idea is that each wind turbine apply for power generation rights to wind farms according to their own predictable power,existing power generation rights and other information;Wind farms has the principle to promote fair competition of wind turbine and to promote wind turbines to generate power generation rights based on real power generation capacity.Under this principle,the power generation rights are distributed to each wind turbine according to the declaration information of each crew.(2)The study is based on the method of data-driven wind turbine potential power ultra-short-term high-precision prediction and is to help wind turbines accurately declare power generation services.Firstly,with wind speed secondary decomposition method,the power prediction method predicts the wind speed,and then to improve the BIN method for generating the wind turbine power curve to obtain an improved wind turbine power curve.The predicted and improved wind turbine power curve is to achieve power forecasting.In wind speed prediction,a three-layer WPD algorithm is used to decompose the wind speed series to obtain the high-frequency components.After decomposition and then have a secondary decomposition with the EEMD method.The ELM neural network is selected to build a prediction model for each signal decomposed component,and the prediction results of each component are superimposed to obtain the ultra-short-term forecasting wind speed.In the process of the wind turbine power curve generation,according to the wind turbine power monitoring data,the wind speed range of the traditional BIN method is reduced from 0.5m/s to 0.1m/s,and the measured power curve of the wind turbine is obtained by fitting.Experimental simulation shows that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of ultra-short-term power prediction for wind turbines.The high-precision prediction of the ultra-short-term power of wind turbines can improve the competitiveness of wind turbines in the competition for power generation rights.(3)In order to supervise the controllers of each wind turbine generator to apply for generation right to wind farms according to its own power generation capacity,a wind farm active power allocation method based on second-price sealed-bid auction is proposed.The basic principle is that,in each round of distribution,each wind turbine adopts a sealed-bid method to apply for generation right to the wind farm active power controller.After the wind farm controller receives power generation rights applied by each wind turbine,the second highest power generation right is allocated to wind power generators that apply for the largest generation right.The wind turbine generates electricity according to the generation rights of the successful bidder.If the error between the output power of the wind turbine and the bid winning generation right exceeds the threshold,a high penalty will be imposed on the wind turbine.The example analysis and simulation results show that this method can reduce the power error of the wind farm and improve the reliability of the wind farm power,comparing with the traditional method of active power distribution in wind farms.
