In response to energy shortages,environmental pollution and climate change,most countries in the world have accelerated their efforts to develop and utilize renewable power as energy strategies.However,due to the volatility,randomness and uncertainty of wind power,the access of large-scale wind power has caused many impacts on the safe and economic operation of the power grid.This paper will start researching about wind power consumption,wind power reserve capacity determination and wind power system containing dynamic economic dispatch issues.First of all,based on the grid economic dispatching framework,this paper analyzes the sensitivity of the grid to wind power capacity to adjust the flexibility of thermal power units.Based on the theoretical derivation of "100%rule" of linear programming,it is concluded that the amount of wind power that can be absorbed by the grid is limited by a coupling constraint at each decision moment.The analysis shows that as the ramping rates of thermal power units increases and the minimum output decreases,the allowable variation range of wind power that can be absorbed by the power grid increases.Secondly,this paper studies a model to determine wind power reserve capacity based on historical data.The proposed dynamic partitioning algorithm based on forecasting time improves the accuracy of wind power forecasting curve partitioning compared with the static partitioning method that only divides the period based on forecasting time.The partitioning result directly affects the accuracy of wind power forecasting error model.This paper quantitatively analyzes the key factors that affect wind power forecasting error and gives its calculation index.The regression equation of wind power forecasting error is obtained through multiple linear regression fitting.Based on the wind power forecasting error model above,solvethe wind powerreserve capacity and the whole network reserve capacity,and compared with the other two methods of determining the available capacity at home and abroad.The results show that this model of reserve capacity determination is superior to the two existing methods in practicality and economy.Finally,this paper designs the economic dispatching system framework of wind power power system considering the reserve optimal allocation,taking the total purchase cost as the optimization objective and the system safe operation and reserve allocation as the constraints,and establishes the model.Based on the known wind power forecast and load forecast,the linear model is used to solve the above model,and the power generation plan of the thermal power plant and the alternate allocation of the whole network have been obtained.At the same time,based on the model,this paper analyzes the influence of thermal power flexibility on unit output plan and reserve allocation.It concludes that with the increase of thermal power flexibility,the total system purchase cost is reduced and the unit output plan and system reserve allocation are optimized.
