| The people’s living standards and quality of life are constantly improving,and leisure has increasingly become an important manifestation of people’s physical and spiritual needs.Multi-motor massage chairs are becoming more and more popular with consumers as a sub-product of massage equipment.Its functions are also constantly expanding and institutions are becoming more and more complex,and the electromagnetic interference brought by these institutions is also increasing.The influence of electromagnetic interference on the MCU control system(MCU control system refers to MC9S12XS128 MAA and its peripheral motor drive circuit)becomes more and more noticeable.This article first introduces the system architecture of the multi-motor massage chair and the development and application standards of electromagnetic compatibility.Coupling mode of pulse interference to the MCU control system in multi-motor massage chair is introduced and the main interference source is founded.This article establishes the simulation model of motor interference and theoretically studies the coupling function.The electromagnetic interference on the MCU control system in multi-motor massage chair is analyzed.The electromagnetic compatibility of the MCU control system is studied with hardware protection and software reinforcement measures.The periodic conduction interference and radiation interference are decreased by hardware protection and digital filtering techniques,and the non-periodic interference signal is intelligently restrained with software reinforcement measures.Combing with hardware and software,the electromagnetic interference coupled into the MCU control system through the thermal aperture joint,the power supply and the input and output feeders is under controlled,consequently,the influence of electromagnetic interference on the MCU control system is weakened and even the blockage is avoided,which ensures the MCU control system controls the multi-motor massage operates regularly.Finally,the measured waveforms of power supply voltage before and after the electromagnetic interference,and the time domain and frequency domain waveforms of the I/O port of the MCU control system before and after the electromagneticinterference are obtained and are compared with each other,the compare results validate the effectiveness of the protective measures. |
