| In this era of energy shortage,green,low carbon economy,energy conservation and emissions reduction has become a kind of effective mode of sustainable development around the world,the industry should be continuously explore in the direction of the green,economy,energy saving,we should do our best to establish the "green earth" of the survival of humans.Lighting industry as the main industry of electricity consumption,improving its lighting efficiency can reduce the power consumption to a great extent and improve the power utilization rate.Because of the advantages of green lighting,high photoelectric conversion efficiency and reliable performance,it has become the focus of research in lighting industry.Light work must rely on driving power,however,only drive power efficient and reliable work can make the whole lighting system stable operation,drive power supply directly affects the life of the whole system.Due to the power consumption of switching power supply is lower and the life of the power switch is longer,so the switching power supply should be continuously developed with low power consumption and high efficiency.Due to the driving power source for lighting is crucial,so its performance research is necessary,this thesis mainly study of high efficiency constant voltage switching power supply,and designed two kinds of constant voltage power supply scheme,first introduced the selected topic background,research significance,research status and development direction,then describes the basic working principle and the basic control types of the switch power supply,and the switch power supply of common topology are introduced,and then two kinds of cutting-edge technology of the switch power(soft switch technology and power factor correction technology)carried on the thorough analysis,using the soft switch technology can largely reduce the switching loss and improve the efficiency of power supply as a whole,with power factor correction technology can make THD value is decreased obviously,and thereby reduce the power harmonic pollution.Based on this two kinds of cutting-edge technology of the switching power supply to make the two constant voltage power supply prototype,which are the 72 w quasi resonant flyback type constant voltage power supply based on ICE2QS03 G chip and the 120 w Boost APFC half-bridge LLC resonant constant voltage power supply based on NCP1605+NCP1396D chip,first elaborated the two power supply scheme of the overall design idea and design the whole schematic diagram of the two kinds of power supply,The design of LLC power supply schematic is optimized on the basis of traditional circuit.realize the original edge rectifier bridge pile output without electrolytic capacitor,effectively reduces the volume of power supply,and design a variety of protection circuit of power supply,improve the power supply reliability.then respectively detailed analysis design process of each module of power supply and focus on to write the calculation process of the important parameters in the circuit module,and then analyzes in detail the design process of the high-frequency transformer.Finally,we analyzed the experimental results of two kinds of power supply scheme of this thesis,the scheme of plan one power’s conversion efficiency more than 90%,the scheme of plan two power supply’s power factor more than 97%,the total efficiency more than 92%.The experimental results show that the two kinds of power scheme achieves the desired effect,The efficiency and power factor achieves the set value,experiment waveform consistent with theoretical analysis,proves that the efficiency and the accuracy of two kinds of constant voltage power supply scheme. |
