With the rapid development of China's economy,the assembly building system has been more and more widely applied in the construction industry.It is precisely because of the high efficiency,high quality,low pollution,green environmental protection architectural philosophy and architectural characteristics of the building system,in the "13th Five-Year" plan for the building and to further improve the relevant provisions on the construction of industrialization.The plan of "13th Five-Year" is required to improve the technological innovation ability of green building industry,and to achieve the purpose of saving,reducing consumption and increasing efficiency,improving the technological innovation ability of the green building industry,realizing the market value and social value of technological innovation,making important contribution to the economic construction and social development.Improving the overall technical level,competitive ability and system innovation ability of the construction industry,and promoting the adjustment,optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,and the renewal of the products have a positive effect on the development of the construction industry.In the assembly building system,the way of connection between components directly determines whether the force can be delivered reasonably.In the steel frame structure,the beam column joints play a particularly important role,the quality of the beam and column connections directly determines the overall structure is the force performance.After reading related documents at home and abroad,a new assembly steel frame with cantilever beam splicing node is designed.This splice joint is connected to the web of steel beam by the combination of gear bolt and H-type connection plate,the opposite side bolt and welding connection is adopted at the flange of the steel beam.And the connection plate area welded to the flange plate is welded and connected to the factory ahead of time,the construction site only needs to be bolted with bolts to complete the assembly.Therefore,the beam column joint of this connection avoids the bad effect on the weld quality and the atmosphere environment caused by the field welding,and this connection also saves a lot of time for the construction.In this paper,the finite element simulation of the new joint is carried out,and the loading of the bolt preload and the beam end displacement load is used to simulate theloading of the model fitting model,thus the stress damage form and the seismic performance of the model are obtained.At the same time,when the thickness of the connecting plate in the flange and the thickness of the H-type connection plate at the web are taken for different parameters,what kind of stress change will be produced to the model of the fitting parts,and how to influence the aseismatic performance of the new type of assembly beam column joint,and get the reasonable parameter value.This paper also makes a comparative study on the different connection modes of the connecting plates at the flange,analyzes the seismic performance of the flange connection plates under different connection modes,and studies the hysteresis and energy dissipation capacity of each model.
