Took off rapidly in economy and technology in the modem society,people's quality of life improve rapidly,to enhance people's health consciousness,people's attention more and more high to rehabilitation therapy.Intermediate frequency interference electrotherapy is through the two way or two way transmission of above medium frequency current crisscross to human body,because of two way is different,the frequency of medium frequency current in human body to produce two lines of intermediate frequency current interference,to form low frequency interference current and the interference current is used to cure disease.In recent years,the three-dimensional dynamic interference electrotherapy is widely used in clinical.three-dimensional dynamic interference electrotherapy is based on the traditional interference electrotherapy,combined with the dynamic interference electrotherapy,it will be three way frequency of different intermediate frequency alternating current transmission to the human body,three way intermediate frequency current interference in human body,forming a three-dimensional current interference field.And to low frequency tamplitude modulation,three-way intermediate frequency current on the human condition parts form different direction,perspective or the shape of the dynamic effects of electrical stimulation,so as to alleviate pain,promote the blood circulation and cause local neuromuscular electrical stimulation effect.This topic to the traditional interference electric therapeutic instrument technology principle as the foundation,combined with the latest scientific research achievements abroad,put forw ard and designed a kind of intermediate frequency interference electric therapeutic instrument based on ARM and FPGA.Medical personnel through the operation using the touch screen for human-computer interaction,select the desired treatment;Using STM32 of ST company as main controller in the system,its effect is received after the command parsing send corresponding treatment of relevant data to the FPGA parameters;Adoption of Altera company Cyclone ? series FPGA chip,which is the core of the system unit,and design the module,frequency sweep module waveform generation and modulation and amplitude adjustment module,etc.,so as to realize the treatment of output waveform amplitude modulation,frequency modulation and frequency can be adjustd.In this paper the main research contents are as follows:(1)To analysis and research at home and abroad,on the basis of the intermediate frequency interference electric therapeutic instrument was designed based on ARM and FPGA software system framework,in view of the ARM platform application development features,the design of the hierarchical system architecture,according to the function of the system,designs the client,the processing side,the output level architecture,the system of modularization is more distinct,has better expansibility and portability.(2)Due to the poor scalability of DDS chip,in order to ensure future system scalability and portability.designed based on FPGA DDS waveform technology and digital amplitude modulation technology,so thatit can be simple to code architecture,to more effectively achieve DDS and digital amplitude modulation waveform.(3)Due to poor keyboard type or push-button operation experience,such as short service life of faults,this subject adopts touch screen design,the combination of touch screen high definition,dynamic picture display lamp characteristics,design the perfect user interface,make the operation more convenient,more human operating experience.(4)All of the output waveform of the whole system through has carried on the overall performance parameters of the test,and,by means of relevant clinical verification center stratified randomized evaluation methods,by analyzing the results of clinical verification center of layered method as the foundation,more intuitive analysis of the experimental data effectively.The purpose of this paper is a kind of based on ARM and FPGA implementation of intermediate frequency interference electrotherapy instrument design.By using modular design method,the effective use of FPGA programmable,will implement the interference necessary for electrical waveform output frequency sweep function,the system control function and amplitude modulation function integration to the FPGA chip,using the properties of the STM32 micro controller design of system function control,touch screen operation control function,the function such as drive control FPGA,this scheme implements the treatment of output waveform amplitude modulation,frequency modulation and frequency can be adjusted,through the study of the low frequency amplitude modulation of three-way intermediate frequency current,and then in the human body condition parts of different direction,perspective or the shape of the dynamic effects of electrical stimulation,so as to alleviate pain,promote the blood circulation and cause local neuromuscular electrical stimulation effectThe final test results show that the system can relieve pain,promote the blood circulation and cause local neuromuscular electrical stimulation effect and so on,the treatment effects than other manufacturers have significantly increased.
