The inclinometer is an important slope safety monitoring instrument,which has important application in construction and prevention of civil engineering of rock mass such as railway subgrade,building foundation pit,dam embankment and other occasions.Landslide hazard and dam-break accidents caused by slope instability are a serious threat to people's life and property safety.A fixed electronic dike inclinometer system is studied to realize real-time monitoring and early warning of dam safety and slope stability.It is of great significance to the smooth implementation of water conservancy,harbor and railway project.In this paper,a fixed type of electronic dike inclinometer system is studied in view of the demand of surveying in China's engineering construction,and the existing problems of existing slanting equipment.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,a design scheme of fixed electronic dike inclinometer system is proposed.The system is mainly composed of sensor monitoring module,remote wireless transmission network and remote monitoring system,to achieve the embankment slope of all-round,automated,real-time monitoring and early warning.Secondly,the paper analyzes the existing wired and wireless data transmission technology,and proposes a data transmission scheme combining nRF24L01 wireless network data transmission and GPRS remote communication.It solves the problems of cable transmission signal distortion,high cost of line laying and later maintenance inconvenience and other issues in remote monitoring of the slope.Thirdly,the remote monitoring center is designed,using C/S architecture,mainly by the data transfer module deployed on the cloud server and the local monitoring client.The data transfer module mainly realizes the receiving,processing and storage of the monitoring data,using MySQL database as a monitoring data storage tool.The monitoring client is used to manage the monitoring data in the database(including data filtering,analysis and visualization),and realize the scientific and orderly management of a large number of monitoring data.Fourthly,a multidimensional gray prediction model is established to predict the deformation trend of the dam slope,and the dangerous situation is found in time to realize the real-time warning of dam safety.After testing,the system has high accuracy,strong anti-interference,remaining in the same state angle sensor to measure,the relative error is less than 0.2%,the temperature sensor can meet the accuracy of ±3?,the humidity sensor can meet the precision of +3%System stability and linearity are better.The wireless network and anti-interference experiment of survey system are carried out,the wireless network during the test process is stable,the remote data transmission is reliable,and the system communication has certain anti-interference ability.In addition,the remote monitoring interface is straightforward,The multivariate gray prediction model is applied to the slope displacement prediction.Through the precision test and grade evaluation,the model fitting effect is better.The system has practical value in dam slope stability and slope protection detection.
