Today is an era of rapid development of science and technology.the development of wireless communication has driven the development of construction machinery to more intelligent.Through wireless communication,the construction machinery represented by excavator can realize the functions of remote control,remote monitoring and data acquisition.Remote control is one of the first choice in order to free the driver from the dangerous field operation.In order to monitor the performance and parameters of excavator system in real time,remote monitoring and data acquisition is also important.To realize the requirement of remote control and monitoring system better,through consulting the literature of remote control,monitoring and data collection related to this paper,considering that 5G is not really popular and the cost is high,and 4G has been successfully applied in the field of industrial control and remote monitoring,the system finally chooses 4G as the communication medium for data transmission.This paper takes the electric excavator as the research object,after analyzing its performance and parameters synthetically,designs the overall scheme based on wireless communication.The scheme is divided into three parts: excavator remote control system,remote monitoring and management platform and remote data acquisition.First of all,in the remote control system,according to the system needs of electric excavator system and structure analysis of the overall system design;and after the remote control function module selection and parameter matching,in order to real-time observation excavator operation,the system added video surveillance cloud platform to achieve positioning and video surveillance functions;after the system test platform,remote control and video surveillance performance test,verify the operation of remote control,security.Secondly,in order to monitor the performance of the excavator and prevent the failure,the monitoring platform structure is completed after the design of the main functions,database and server,such as real-time data monitoring,in which the platform adopts B/S mode,the database is selected by comparison and My SQL,and 4G DTU are selected as the data transmission unit to realize the two-way real-time data control information transmission.Finally,the feasibility and stability of the platform are verified by a series of functional tests.Finally,in order to analyze the performance of excavator and consider the demand of field data acquisition,remote data acquisition design is carried out.Through the design of data acquisition box to complete the traditional excavator field data acquisition and CAN bus data flow analysis,but for the electric excavator controller can directly CAN the data acquisition,and finally through the selection of CAN-4G module wireless transmission to achieve remote data acquisition.The availability and convenience of data acquisition box and remote data acquisition are verified by field,permanent magnet synchronous motor and new electric excavator data acquisition test.In general,the system test gives full play to the advantages of wireless communication technology in controlling and monitoring construction machinery such as excavators.The combination of three parts of the system is more conducive to the development of construction machinery such as excavators.
