With the development of large span suspension bridge,large span steel box girder suspension bridge is more and more favored by bridge engineers.The influence of temperature on the bridge structure,especially for the steel box girder has caused widespread concern in the engineering sector,so the steel box girder temperature gradient research is even more urgent.Based on the temperature and strain data of the health monitoring system,the representative seasonal and weather monitoring data are analyzed,and the large-scale finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the temperature and strain data of the health monitoring system.The temperature field and temperature effect of the steel box girder with asphalt pavement were studied.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)According to the basic theory of finite element and heat transfer,a simulation model is established by finite element software ANSYS.The temperature field is solved by applying temperature load and convective heat transfer coefficient.Based on the comparison between the measured data and the finite element method,it is proved that it is feasible to simulate the sunshine temperature field of the flat steel box girder with asphalt concrete pavement by using the partial meteorological data combined with the theoretical formula.(2)According to the basic theory of finite element and heat transfer,a simulation model is established by finite element software ANSYS.The temperature field is solved by applying temperature load and convective heat transfer coefficient.Based on the comparison between the measured data and the finite element method,it is proved that it is feasible to simulate the sunshine temperature field of the flat steel box girder with asphalt concrete pavement by using the partial meteorological data combined with the theoretical formula.(3)Through the analysis of the measured data of the temperature field of flat steel box girder with pavement in operation period,the temperature distribution of steel box girder with asphalt pavement under different weather conditions is obtained..At the same time,the temperature monitoring data provide data for the temperature gradient of pavement steel box girders in China.(4)The vertical temperature gradient is fitted by exponential function and one function and exponential function.The vertical temperature gradient curve suitable for the bridge is obtained..(5)By analyzing the measured temperature and the strain monitoring data of the pavement steel box girder,the relationship between the ambient temperature and the strain of the steel box girder is obtained,and the structural strain is obviously seasonal.At the same time,by applying the temperature load to the finite element model,the strain of the steel box girder under the vertical temperature gradient and the transverse temperature gradient.
