In recent years,due to the CFST arch bridge has the advantage of large stiffness,light weight,material saving,good durability,convenient construction,large bearing capacity,less maintenance,maintenance costs,beautiful appearance,it has been widely used as a bridge structure in our country gradually.At present,long span CFST arch bridge construction used the more common method is non-support cable hoisting construction method,the main arch ring is formed by the segmental assembling of arch rib segments,so the construction control of structure is crucial.This paper is based on the Tangjiahe Bridge which is being constructed,aimed at the large span,lifting weight,narrow construction site area,large hoisting construction risk,to ensure that the cable hoisting system can safely and smoothly hoisting construction and main arch ring can close smoothly,a series of analysis for non-bracket cable-stayed suspension supporting methods are presented.The main subjects are summarized as follow:(1)To calculate and analysis the cable system and cable-stayed cable system,major in calculating the main cable,hoisting rope,lifting traction rope in various control conditions of the forces and the cable,anchor wire in the process of steel tube arch rib hoisting.to ensure the safety of cable crane and suspension system in construction.during the installation phase of Cable Force order obtained in the tower on both sides of the unbalanced load.(2)According to the cable force to calculate of the main tower,the buckle tower,the anchorage on the horizontal and vertical load on the load,and check the strength and stability of the main tower and the cable tower.To calculate and analysis the stability of the buckle tower by using Midas/Civil to establish finite element model of tower,verify that the tower is safe in the process of lifting.The anti sliding and anti pulling stability of anchorage system of cable hoisting system and fastening system is calculated and checked.(3)Using Midas/Civil to establish finite element model of the whole construction process,the simulation analysis in the process of arch rib hoisting is carried out.Using elastic-rigid support method to calculate the cable force and pre lift height in the installation phase of arch rib.and using Midas/Civil unkNown load coefficient method to optimize cable force.The two methods of the final closure line shape and the state of the arch and the ideal state of stress of the deviation are compared,it has certain reference value for guiding the construction control of the bridge.(4)To calculae and analysis the possible impact on the final closure linear when joining arch rib of temperature deviation and buckles offset factor.To calculae and analysis the stability in the whole process of arch rib installation,and ensure the security in the whole hoisting process.
