In recent years,China has established a number of different types of roads, railways, railway dual-use,urban and overpass bridges.Various types of bridges in their construction and operation of the project, are required to carry out a series of testing work,so that the construction quality and operational safety are guaranteed.Especially reinforced concrete bridge, because of the problem of disrepair, under the influence of external physical and chemical factors, the internal concrete structure will be aging problems, and then damage its bearing capacity, stiffness and durability, shorten its normal life.In the engineering background of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge of the Provincial Highway S268 with variable cross section, this paper is based on the theory of bridge structure detection and ANSYS numerical simulation and studied the load capacity evaluation and the force performance of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge. The main summary is as follows.1?Taking the global condition detection of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with variable cross-section as the focus and the structure material as the assistant, the test results are systematically analyzed and the carrying capacity of the bridge is evaluated according to the corresponding specifications.2?Using APDL language of ANSYS to establish the finite element model of"beam-solid-shell" parameter of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge and researching the mechanical properties and crack mechanism of the bridge by using the bridge test results.3?Based on the simulation analysis of the main bridge space, combined with the bridge appearance and material test results, the static load test of the bridge is carried out to test the actual mechanical performance of the bridge.
