In the social production,the most products are the first to a variety of raw materials in accordance with a certain proportion of mixed,followed by the subsequent production.Improving the accuracy and speed of batching system has a direct impact on the production efficiency of the product.So it is very important to develop an advanced automatic batching system for improving the quality of products and the competitiveness of enterprises.In this thesis,an in-depth study of automatic batching control system.First,the background and the status quo of automatic batching are summarized.According to the main components of the system,the weight of the batching system is designed.Resistance strain gauge pressure sensor is used to measure the weight of the material,and the analog quantity of the pressure sensor is converted into digital quantity through the HX711 digital analog conversion chip to the single chip microcomputer,then the weighing process is completed.In the process of data acquisition will be subject to external interference,and the digital filtering algorithm is added to the control program to ensure the accuracy of the data acquisition.At the same time,the power modules of each part of the system are designed.Second,the accuracy and speed of batching system are optimized.Because batching speed by motor speed control,the method of motor speed regulation is studied.At the same time,the fuzzy PID control method is used to control the feeding motor to feed at a fixed speed at the beginning of the batching to ensure the speed of the batching;When the end of the ingredients,the use of fuzzy algorithm to control the feed motor slow feeding,to ensure the accuracy of ingredients.Third,the amount of overshoot generated at the end of the batch is adjusted and the overall system is optimized.For the amount of overshoot generated at the end of the batch,the effect of the overshoot is reduced by closing the feed motor in advance.The amount of overshoot generated by each batching is almost the same.Therefore,iterative control method is used to determine the amount of the motor in advance,and the iterative control method is further improved to make the gain coefficient change with the error size and increase the stability of the system.After the optimization of the single batching system,the batching system was optimized.The whole weighing system was replaced by the whole weighing system,which reduced the batching and mixing time,and improved the mixing speed of the batching system.In the end,The simulation results of the proposed algorithm are compared with those of the conventional PID control method,and the advantages of the fuzzy PID control algorithm are highlighted.At the same time,only the PID control algorithm and the algorithm combined fuzzy PID control with fuzzy control are compared with the experiment platform to verify the rationality and superiority of the control strategy.
