Since the twenty-first century, with a long history's development of the global society,at present, the development of high technology is aimed at serving the public life, mainly in the fields of medical treatment, energy and so on.The products we pursue are of high quality, small size, and substantial benefits. The global natural resources are limited while the development of the society is infinite. The industrial social movement has consumed countless natural resources, and backward production and use of technology have resulted in low resource utilization, high waste discharge,as well as global ecological imbalance. The frequency of haze, acid rain and disease, etc.is increasing. In order to solve this series of problems, clean energy, represented by wind energy, solar energy and geothermal energy, has been developed rapidly. However, the electric energy produced by clean energy needs to be injected into the power grid after a huge inverter system. Therefore, the research content of this paper is to apply electromagnetic integration technology to integrate the passive components in the device and realize the light and miniaturization of the whole system under the condition of realizing the same function.First, the harmonic of the output of the single-phase inverter is analyzed, and a LCL filter with good performance is designed and produced in a reasonable way according to the domestic and foreign network standards. After accessing the power frequency transformer of the corresponding power class, the power is tested using a single-phase grid-connected inverter.Based on this,a scheme for integrating the LCL filter with the passive component of the transformer is proposed. And the subsequent isolation transformer T and the LCL filter are magnetically integrated with the passive components. The assembly mode of the integrated structure, the integration of the integrated device, the single-phase inverter, the connection mode of the negative load or the power grid and the decoupling process inside the dev.Secondly, according to a similar idea,a scheme for the integration of passive components in the boost resonant converter is proposed.Based on the topological structure of the interleaving boost resonant converter, more magnetic passive components can be obtained according to the conventional method. And most of them are concentrated in one area, which provides convenience for introducing magnetic components for passive components. The integration effect of each module and the equivalent circuit diagram after integration are described in detail. The feasibility and superiority of the proposed passive component integration scheme are explained in principle, and then the calculation methods of each element value are given. What's more, the rationality of the electromagnetic simulation is verified with Maxwell. Then,an integrated device prototype is produced, and the integrated components are measured. Finally, the measured data and theoretical data are summarized.
