The installed capacity of the 10.5kV PV box transformer is very limited,and the photovoltaic power plant has the need to filter out the harmonics generated by the inverter.The LC filter for photovoltaic power generation is mainly composed of reactors and capacitors.The reactor is divided into two types of hollow reactor and core reactor.The iron core reactor covers an area of small,usually used in both the requirements of the installation of filter power equipment and very small occasions,but the shortcomings are noisy and poor filtering effect.Although the hollow reactor filter is very good,which of the inductance is constant,but the device volume and installation area is very large.In view of this situation,this thesis puts forward the scheme of integrating the filter reactor into the 10.5kV PV box type substation.Firstly,this thesis introduces the structure and main equipment of PV grid connected power generation system,including the principle,classification and mathematical model of photovoltaic cell,the maximum power point tracking control technology of PV,the principle of PV inverter and its related parameters,network filter and transformer classification.Secondly,the method of calculating the inductance value of the integrated filter reactance winding,the non-positive decoupling theory,the principle of integrated filter reactance,the theoretical analysis of the integrated filter reactance and the analysis of the coupling between the filter reactance windings and so on are described in detail.The prototype of the 10.5kV integrated filter reactor is designed and tested,and the magnetic field simulation model of the integrated filter reactance transformer is built.The design value,the test value and the simulation value of the integrated filter reactance are carried out a comparative analysis.Finally,the circuit model of the integrated filter reactance splitter transformer based on the multi-coupled inductance element is built,and the model of the integrated filter reactance splitter transformer is analyzed.The correctness and the filtering effect of the integrated filter reactance splitter transformer circuit model are analyzed specially.In summary,this kind of scheme under the filter reactor has a good filter effect of the hollow reactor,but also cleverly integrated reactor in the box-type transformer,to overcome the core reactor bulky,the area of the shortcomings,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of land use and centralized management of power equipment.
