Research In Changing Of Usage And Updating Of Traditional Dwellings Of Han Nationality In Nuanquan Gaizhou Liaoning Province

In recent years,nine traditional dwellings of Han nationality were found in the Nuanquan of Gaizhou,Liaoning.These dwellings were built in the late Qing Dynasty,and then experienced different expansion,renovation,partial damage and other processes in different periods.Now there are various ways usages of them.As the result of the type of the fusion of migration,social development,cultural collision,the unique features and the way of usage of dwelling have the value which is worth to research,and to seek a solution to find the balance of the value of the history,economic development,the needs of real life,to explore the space design which is suit for contemporary lifestyle and demand.This paper takes these Han traditional dwellings as the research object,and collates the current situation of the remaining dwellings and utilization of them through the way of field research,and analyzes the types,the characteristics and the historical characteristics of the dwellings in the background of the local immigrants.Dong Enyang's house,Chen Yongshun's house as the main object of study,research the process of using changes and its internal evolutional mechanism of these dwellings,research in depth in three aspects:the overall using of these dwellings,the using change of kitchen and other key space,the using change of living space of multi-generational family.At last,summarize the change process of construction pattern,spatial behavior and living style of multi-generational family in different social background.It based on the current situation,and analysis the type and characteristics of the spontaneous renewal,put forward the problems of the spontaneous renewal.Finally,based on the above two,three,and the four chapters,by Dong and Chen's dwellings as examples of traditional dwellings' renewal,every updating design are practiced from three aspects:the space layout,the main building,the space of central room.The updating of overall layout contain the updating of courtyard and environmental,The updating of the main building contain the type of improvement?reconstruction?rebuilding,the exploration of the central room space is proposed to restore the traditional pattern and make the combination pattern of traditional and modem,put forward the whole renovation design under the demand of contemporary life style in countryside.As above,it takes the Nuanquan hundred years' history as the carrier,and goes back to the Nuanquan traditional dwellings,explores its characteristics and the process of usage changes,and puts forward the overall design of space renewal which is suitable for contemporary rural life and production mode,so as to provide new ideas for the development and future of traditional dwellings in this area.
