With the development of science and technology,the rapid developmemt of information technology which is characterized by computer and internet brings a huge rush to society and life.Virtual Reality is one of the important advanced technology applying to every field.Through simulating the ture environment in virtual world,VR provides people on the scene and assistant on operation?maintenance?designing.It achieves a directly experienced ?interactive virtual world system based on interactive 3D environment.Current Transformer(CT)is an important device for power system measurement,protection and also the major part of the transformer substation whose working operation influences safe operation of transformer substation.This paper adds VR into oil-immersed current transformer,providing realistic ? interactive 3D visual environment which help present oil-immersed current transformer better.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)According to modeling features and indicators of virtual world of CT,It uses Solid Works to build 3D model of CT,achieving modeling design of virtual world of CT.Besides,it uses 3Ds Max to write Stan Melax's model optimization algorithm.In this way,CT's 3D model is simplied by reducing the number of triangular facet and vertex.In order to solve the problem of long-time optimization,we rewrite and improve Stan Melax's model optimization algorithm.In this way,it attains the ideal effect and the goal of increasing the running speed.(2)Under the environment of VS2003,this system achieves the function of virtual assembly/disassembly and so on.In the design of virtual disassembly,it applies Phantom omni device to obtain better illusion of immersion.In this part we also study event response mechanism in virtual interaction system,achieving the funcion of human-computer interaction,rotating,moving,information display of CT.(3)This paper adopts the method of fuzzy number theory to fault tree analysis which is based on CT's fault mode.With the help of 12 field specialists' acknowledgement and experience and trapezoidal fuzzy number as well,it builds fault diagnosis unit in the design of virtual simulation on CT,accomplishing qualitative / quantitative analysis of fault tree and comparing with the actual situation.As a result,it proves this method is correct.It uses virtual simulation system to simulating the fault phenomenon of CT.This part builds the optimal schedule of fault diagnosis for users and provides the information of fault phenomenon,reason,management which achieves fault diagnosis and troubleshooting decision of CT.(4)It uses VS platform to design virtual system of CT's general frame including interface designing,the fulfillment of system structure and visualization simulation.Through thecombing of function achieved on the system,this paper designs a virtual system for oil-immersed CT.
