The main task of the power supply enterpr ise is to provide a safe,reliable,clean and high quality electric energy products,and strive to minimize the loss of electricity in production and operation,so as to achieve better social and economic benefits and economic benefits.The line loss rate of the low voltage transform is an important economic and technical index of the power supply enterprise.It not only reflects the technical level of the power supply system,but also reflects the management level of the enterprise.It is an important content of the cost management of the power supply enterprise.The backwardness of line loss index of Shenyang power supply company is mainly reflected in the large number of low voltage stations,untimely maintenance of the load inaccurate,unstandardized management of the field use metering device,the loss of seal,the lack of electric power,the serious damage of the meter,and the untimely replacement.Therefore,strengthening the management and analysis of line loss is of great significance to power supply enterprises.This thesis analyzes and studies the abnormal line loss of Shenyang Power Supply Company.The main work is as follows:(1)To study the causes of the abnormal line loss rate.From the point of view of technical line loss and management line loss,the research model is set up,and the corresponding control scheme is made through the analysis of the model,and the anti stealing electricity scheme is formulated in the process of handling the line loss of the high loss area,in order to reduce the losses of the line caused by the electricity stealing.(2)The automatic identification technology based on electricity information collection system is studied.In order to further improve the efficiency of the load verification,and in view of the shortcomings of the existing transform recognition technology,an automatic identification technology based on the power information acquisition system is designed,and the field test in Shenyang area is tested to verify its effectiveness.(3)The typical cases of low voltage abnormal line loss in Shenyang area are analyzed.Through typical cases,the reasons of abnormal line loss of 10 kV distribution network and low voltage distribution network are analyzed in detail.Combined with the theoretical line loss data and the actual situation in Shenyang area,the foregoing methods and schemes are applied to solve them,and some supplementary measures are put forward.This thesis analyzes and studies the abnormal line loss in the transform area,and applies it to the line loss management in the low voltage transform area of Shenyang Power Supply Company,in order to improve the line loss index of the Shenyang Power Supply Company,reduce the loss rate in the low voltage transform area,save the economic loss for the enterprise and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.
