With the construction and development of smart grid,the advanced measurement system based on smart meter has been extended to the residents.The large amount of electrical datas collected by the smart meter are hidden in the habit of using electricity for each resident.Through the data mining of the collected user information,the residents’ electricity information and the type of user can be studied.And then the needs of personalized and differentiated services for users are realized.It provides strong data support for the formulation and implementation of future power demand response policy.In this paper,civil unproductive load is taken as the research object.The research goal is economic,environmental protection,energy saving and safe electricity use.In order to achieve the goal of assistant demand side management,the user’s electricity characteristics are analyzed fro m the influence dimension,the time dimension and the class dimension.In order to better grasp the electrical load characteristics of the residents.In this paper,first of all,with the help of data mining technology,the study of residents’ electricity consumption behavior is carried out.The application of data mining technology in power system load characteristics analysis is analyzed.The user load data of an intelligent community in Xingtai is selected as the research object.From the temperature climate,the economic development level,the seasonal factors and so on,the related factors affecting the residents’ load characteristics are investigated and analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the study of the behavior pattern of residents’ electricity consumption,and verifies the application effect of large data in the field of business value mining.Secondly,through the adaptive fuzzy C-means algorithm,the field sample data of 100 residents in the community are analyzed.In view of the selected typical user sample sets,each load characteristic index is calculated.Based on the basic load curve of typical users,the basic load characteristics are analyzed.On this basis,the power consumption behavior of each user is studied,and the potential of peak load transfer to the period and trough period is discussed.The residential electricity consumption behavior analysis,load regulation,peak electricity pricing management,benefit analysis,so as to provide data support,thus user load of scientific management,improve the power supply service quality.
