| The intelligent peak-shift analysis model of residential water use is an important research question in the construction of smart water utilities.The more and more researchers have interest in characteristics and peak-shift of residential water demand with the development of intelligent analysis technologies.However,the composition of residential water use data is complex,and the fine classification of users and water end use based on the historical data of residential water use have always been a complex and difficult problem to be solved in the analysis of domestic water characteristics.The problem of water resource shortage is more prominent in the peak period of water use,and it is one of the effective ways to solve this problem to design an intelligent scheme of off-peak water use on the in-depth study of the characteristics of residential water use.In this paper,the characteristic analysis model of domestic water is established on the data mining method of the adaptive FCM(Fuzzy C-means)clustering algorithm based on the historical data of residential water use,and the correctness of the analysis model is verified.The characteristics of domestic water are studied,and the population and utilization potential of off-peak water use is analyzed.An intelligent scheme for the off-peak residential water demand is designed.The main results and conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)The adaptive FCM of data mining is applied to construct the residential water label system,the analysis methods of the typical water users and the final water use,and the intelligent analysis model of the residential water use.The calculation program for the analysis model is written in Python language,which realizes the real-time analysis of the characteristics of residential water use and the prediction of future water use.(2)The domestic water characteristics of 4 user types and 6 use types is analyzed on the intelligent analysis model from the historical data of residential water use.The three types A,B and C have a large potential of peak shifting,while type D does not have the condition of peak shifting among the four types of water users.The outdoor and laundry water use has a great potential of peak shifting,bathing water use has a certain potential of peak shifting,while washing,cooking and flushing water use has not the potential of peak shifting among the six types of final water use.(3)An intelligent integrated solution of peak shifting on residential water consumption is designed based on the construction concept and hardware and software platform of intelligent water utilities with information digitization,intelligent analysis and decision,which has multiple functions such as analysis,decision and execution.The implementation method including aware,technical and economic incentives is presented,which can realize real-time evaluation and precise technical regulation of peak shifting water use.The research results of this thesis have important significance and application for the realization of intelligent off-peak water use in residential life and the construction of smart water utilities. |
