| At present,thermal power units are accounted for the majority of domestic power plants.Thermal power units generate electricity,but it is also the large consumption of resources and pollution emitters.So it is necessary for thermal power units to carry out ?Energy conservation? Process.Among the basic system of thermal power units,the cold-end system is more important that it is one of the decisive role of the output of the unit.Thus,it is crucial for thermal power plants to optimize the cold-end system of the existing power units and improve the operation economy of thermal power.In this paper,with the reality of the cold-end system,I analyzed the characteristics of the three key device,including condenser,cooling towers,circulation pumps,of the cold-end system,and made a simple analysis of factors which might influence it?s run.In addition,the paper also highlights several common calculation methods optimizing to the run of the cold-end system.And I improved the the optimum vacuum condenser and optimum cooling flow of the new definition,considering the cost of using water and the treatment costs of thermal pollution of cooling water,on the basis of the traditional definition.Finally,the paper spent a lot of chapters to calculate and determine the operating conditions of the circulating pump(fixed speed pump),as well as the operating range of the single and double pump,under other operating conditions remain unchanged,combined with the actual operation of a 660 MW unit?s cold-end system.This paper is in close connection with the actual product ion process of the power plant.And it have a certain reference value for optimization of the run of the cold-end system of the thermal power units,improvement efficiency of the power production,reducing of coal and water consumption. |
