With the speed of China's economic construction continues to accelerate,the rapid development of power industry,power grid reliability becomes more and more important.The safe and reliable operation of power system and early warning and defense and response to extreme external disasters is particularly important.Based on the traditional grid artificial ground patrol disaster some problems in transmission line method,is proposed in this paper.A disaster survey method for power grid based on aerial image.Research on disaster survey method survey method grid based on aerial images for transmission line icing and fire disaster.This paper based on digital image acquisition of the UAV patrol line icing and fire disaster,we analyze the use of image processing methods.Firstly,gray with grayscale,image,smoothing the denoising method for image preprocessing.Then this paper for the extraction of the iced line presents an improved Sobel algorithm with adaptive weights,and introduces the traditional Canny algorithm and Sobel algorithm and their principle and characteristics are analyzed;the fire image edge extraction,this paper proposes an edge extraction method based on the histogram analysis method,and introduces the Otsu method,and the simulation experiments were analyzed using two methods.Finally,mainly on the ice thickness The calculation method is introduced,and the thickness calculation of transmission line icing is realized through binocular ranging and line thickness calculation.Experimental verification is carried out to verify the feasibility of this method.The experiment show that the application of simulation and field experiment based on the improved Sobel operator is computed with respect to the traditional Canny algorithm and Sobel algorithm,the result is more close to the ideal value,so it has stronger anti-interference ability,high precision inspection of image edge,greatly improved image edge recognition effect,compared with the fire simulation contour extraction Otsu method of histogram method is more clear and accurate,and the ice thickness calculation method based on binocular ranging principle is simple,the operation is flexible,it can be effective for the rapid emergency response of wire icing disaster to provide reliable information.
