| With the increase of intelligent substation,the two equipment of intelligent substation is more and more.More attention has been paid to the reliability of the two equipment in the control cabinet.How to better solve the temperature and humidity control problems that affect the reliability of the two equipment has become a problem for professional researchers.In this paper,a kind of cooling and dehumidifying device is developed to control the temperature and humidity of the control cabinet.The article first analyzes the emergence and influence of the problem.Secondly,according to the problems produced,a kind of emergency cooling and dehumidifying device with wireless alarm function control cabinet is studied.The main design ideas of hardware is: single chip as the core,using temperature and humidity sensors to control the temperature and humidity changes.When the control cabinet temperature and humidity exceeds a preset value when the microcontroller starts the buzzer alarm and control wireless communication module will send the alarm signal to preset the unattended operation and maintenance personnel on mobile phone.The wireless alarm module uses a liquid crystal display screen and three keys as the input and output components for human-computer interaction.The wireless network is used in wireless alarm and control,and the wireless communication module is used to realize the wireless alarm function.Finally,the software design is combined with the software design,and the software design is completed and the related code program is written to make the device meet the functional requirements.In the process of specific localization of the device,through analyzing the field problems,putting forward solutions and implementing solutions,we made a cabinet housing suitable for placing devices.The design of the enclosure of the cabinet ensures the normal work of the device in the field,without interference from the external conditions.Through a series of on-site debugging and inspection,the device works well in the field.The test results reached the preset requirements and achieved good results.The development of the device fills the blank of a special control cabinet temperature and humidity emergency treatment device in a certain area of Henan,which solves the practical problems well and has been recognized by research units. |
