Swich cabinet in Distribution network is poor in heat dissipation mainly for its airtight structure,heat generated by the circuit resistive heating is easily gathered after long time work and leads to a rise in temperature in the switch cabinet,or more serious leads to equipment failure,and affect the household electricity.Temperature of the terminal posts in the switch cabinet is a main factor of monitoring the running state of the switch cabinet,traditionally the parameter has relied on manual monitoring inspection,in order to effectively monitor and evaluat the temperature of the terminal posts,and achieve the fine management of equipments,this topic proposes a temperature monitoring method based on the temperature sensor and wireless communication technology for terminal posts of thedistribution network,and the measurement system is develeoped and tested.During the development process,by using the principle of resonance coupling the self power supply problem of the temperature measurement system in the small current situation is solved,at the same time based on the IEC standard about temperature equivalent algorithm of terminal posts,is improved on the basis of the obtained equivalent algorithm for switch cabinet wiring pile head temperature.The temperature measurement system is mainly composed of the self powered power supply,temperature sensors,wireless communications unit and GPRS transmitter,and the control program of each unit is also developed.The test results show that the function of each unit in the terminal posts temperature measuring system meets the design requirements,the on-site ruuning test results are with expectations,real-time temperature data can be acquired accurately,the data are uploaded through the wireless communication unit to the background control program and sent to management department or management personnel via GPRS device.
