Electric power enterprises are responsible for energy production and supply in the national economy.Its safe and stable operation is the premise for ensuring the normal operation of social economy.Meanwhile,the development of electric power enterprises is of great significance for promoting regional economic development.With the continuous development of China's market economy,the marketization reform of electric power system is deepening.This means that power enterprises,especially power supply enterprises,have already experienced crisis from the market in the future development.With the issuance of Document No.9 of the State Council,a new round of power system reform has been launched.The core of Article 9 is to achieve the separation between the transmission link and the sales link.This indicates that the long-term monopoly situation of power supply enterprises will be broken,and the construction of a new competitive electricity sale market is the general trend.In addition,with the continuous development of economy and society,the demand of power customers to power supply enterprises is increasing,and more and more requirements are put forward in terms of power quality,reliability and power demand.Under such a big environment,power supply enterprises must transform their business philosophy,take the initiative to meet the test of the market,seek innovation,change the existing power marketing strategies,and adapt to the changes of the business environment voluntarily,so as to enhance their market competitiveness.This paper takes Changping power supply company of Beijing as an example,the electric power marketing strategy analysis of Changping electric power market structure,the original,changes to company specific business environment analysis,including the analysis of the political environment,economic environment analysis demand environment analysis and competitive environment analysis,using SWOT tools to analyze the company's operating capabilities,analysis of the company's traditional marketing strategy and existing problems,in order to formulate an improved marketing strategy program.This study has reference value for other power companies with similar environment and similar environment to improve their marketing strategies.
