The implementation of electric power system reform policy makes the original monopoly state grid company have to face fierce market competition,which requires the state grid subsidiaries to break the previous monopoly business model,develop a reasonable power supply marketing strategy to actively respond to the existing power market policy changes.The reform of electric power system makes electric consumers put forward higher service requirements on the power supply sector.In this context,the healthy and sustainable development of power supply enterprises depends on their reasonable power supply marketing strategies.Therefore,how to develop a reasonable power supply marketing strategy to help the stable and rapid development of state grid power supply companies is of vital importance.Based on its CN power supply company as the research object,first of all,for its CN power supply company's existing operation status are summarized,on the basis of further analysis of the overall development trend of power industry,and on the basis of analyzing its CN power supply company,the current situation of marketing points out its CN power supply company the problems in the marketing.Secondly,PEST is used to analyze the external macro environment faced by the existing state grid CN power supply company.Then,external opportunities and threats as well as internal advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the external environment is analyzed according to SWOT,and the target market customer characteristics of state grid CN power supply company are effectively combined to make suitable Product,price,channel and promotion marketing strategy of state grid CN power supply company.Finally,the paper puts forward three safeguard measures: optimization of management information system,perfection of marketing system and perfection of supervision and examination system,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of relevant marketing strategies.In this paper,the state grid CN power supply company as the research object,through the analysis of its operation status and power market environment,pointed out the existing state grid CN power supply company in the power marketing problems,and combined with modern marketing theory and enterprise practice,to provide guidance for the state grid CN power supply company marketing reform,through the study in order to the future marketing practice of state grid CN power supply company has certain significance.
