The randomness and uncertainty of new clean energy,such as wind and solar energy,limit its large-scale grid-connected use.As one of the most important forms of power energy acquisition in China,thermal power units must improve their ability of fast variable load to accommodate new energy sources.In this paper,the rapid variable load control of the unit is realized by the use of condensate throttling method.The specific research contents are as follows:1?Through the field test of condensate throttling,the dynamic characteristics of the main parameters of the condensate throttling process are analyzed,and the influence of the throttling process on the safety of the unit is analyzed.Combined with the test data and the parameters of deaerator to calculate the maximum duration of throttling,the boundary conditions of throttling process are established,which provides a reference for the design of subsequent control schemes.2?Based on the particle swarm intelligence algorithm,the identification program is compiled,the object model is identified by the test data and the accuracy of the model is validated by simulation,which provides the model foundation for the control scheme design.3?In this paper,the optimal control scheme combining the condensate throttling with the coordinated control system is constructed,in which the load response of the unit is taken into account the water level control of the deaerator,the simulation platform is built according to the control scheme and the scheme control effect is simulated and validated,and the scheme details are perfected continuously.To achieve the optimal control effect of condensation water throttling in the load response process of the unit.The simulation verifies that the optimal control scheme of the coordinated control system based on condensate throttling can quickly respond to the change of load,and the load output of the optimal control scheme is better than the original coordinated control system in response speed and adjustment deviation,which has a certain research significance.
