At present, many of our thermal power units influence of the unit load response rate,because of coal quality, equipment and other reasons. They cannot keep up with therequirements of the power grid, not only affects the safe operation of power grid, and theimpact of their economic benefits. At the same time, there are some units in order toimprove the response rate of unit load, improve the sliding pressure curve of units.Although this can use more heat storage, improve the load response speed. But it willreduce the economic operation of the unit, and effect of the high pressure valve servicelife. This paper introduced the condensate throttling system and control systemintegration, participate in the thermal power unit load regulation, alleviated the aboveproblemsIn this paper, by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of condensate throttling,include: Influence of condensation water throttle to load; Influence of condensation waterthrottling of deaerator water level; Influence of condensation water throttling ofcondenser water level. Combination with experiment to identify the dynamic model, thenraise the fusion of condensate throttling and coordinated control system. We design of acondensate throttling control system based on PLC.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)In a power plant600MW subcritical drum boiler unit, under the conditions ofsafe operation, the load response time is10s, the load change rate can meet therequirements of12MW/min.(2) By condensate throttling, gird generation KP value increase by10%.(3) By optimizing the unit sliding pressure curve with coordination controlsystem with condensate throttling, the highest efficiency of the high-pressurecylinder has a significantly improve.
